Nicole and Dusty are such kind and wonderful humans! They had a Sunrise Amphitheater wedding on Flagstaff mountain in the beautiful Boulder Colorado. These two decided to have a Colorado elopement with their closest friends and family members. Nicole and Dusty chose an intimate wedding in order to focus on them and their loved ones! They wanted a lot of variety in their wedding portraits, so we went to a few different locations throughout the day!

We began with some getting ready photos at these adorable cabins behind Chautauqua Park. We did their first look in the beautiful gardens, which was so sweet! As a Boulder wedding photographer, I know that couples love the iconic Chautauqua Park for bride and groom portraits! So I was thrilled when I learned Nicole and Dusty wanted to start here. It was perfectly overcast, creating beautiful even light which is great for portraits!

Before heading to the Sunrise Amphitheater on Flagstaff mountain for their wedding ceremony, we stopped at Lost Gulch Lookout for some portraits with epic mountain views! Next up was Nicole and Dusty’s Sunrise amphitheater wedding ceremony. Their ceremony was absolutely beautiful! My favorite part was in their vows. Dusty talked about how he knew Nicole was the one when she showed up at a kid’s birthday party, who she didn’t even know yet, dressed up as a T Rex! After hearing this I gained a new respect for Nicole haha! I love the confidence!  So basically I’m saying this Boulder Colorado elopement was an absolute dream!
