Where do I even begin when sharing about this incredible Denver SKYLIGHT wedding? Sidney and David are wonderful, amazing humans, and I am so glad they found each other. And I’m also selfishly glad they found me ha! The Denver SKYLIGHT wedding venue is what dreams are made of. Literally. This is one of Denver’s newest urban wedding venues. The idea is that each couple can totally customize it as they wish. Talk about making a space your own!
Sidney and David wanted to incorporate their Mexican heritage into the wedding, but also keep it elegant. They put so much effort into the gorgeous reception decor to make this happen! White papel picado banners were hung across the ceiling, equipale chairs at the sweetheart table, and they served Mexican hot chocolate mousse cups. There were churro donuts for dessert, talavera tile inspired seating chart (made by them), and metal Mexican stars hung from above. It came together perfectly, and represented them so well!
Flow of the Day!
We did the first look and some bridal party portraits at City Park in downtown Denver. We next headed to the Byron White Courthouse for these incredibly elegant and classy bride and groom and bridal party portraits. I love this spot for beautiful portraits in Denver! Sidney’s modern dress and long veil were just perfect for this setting. Next up it was time to get married at Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Then onward to the stunning SKYLIGHT wedding venue for their reception!
David’s twin brother gave a hilarious toast. Sidney and David had the most romantic first dance. And the dance floor was bumpin! SKYLIGHT wedding venue knows how to throw a celebration! Sidney and David, I am so thrilled for you two and your journey of marriage, and I wish you the absolute best!
