Sidney is one of my beautiful brides from 2018 and you may remember her fabulous urban Denver SKYLIGHT wedding which I blogged about here! Sidney was getting ready to launch her incredible business called Blum Business Academy when she contacted me. She was looking for a Denver personal branding photographer to capture some headshots and lifestyle photos for her website and social media pages. I had the most incredible time photographing her wedding at SKYLIGHT wedding venue. Therefore, I was more than thrilled at the opportunity to work together again!

We began brainstorming and casting a vision for the shoot. You may not realize, but being a Denver personal branding photographer is a lot of work! Yes, you want to capture beautiful portraits for your client. In addition, you also need to help brainstorm how to portray their vision for their brand via photographs! Establishing your brand is essential to your business. Furthermore, you have to be able to properly communicate it in order to reach your ideal clients.

If you’re wondering what Sidney’s business does, I’d love to share a little more. At Blum Business Academy, she provides sales education and transformational coaching for spirited entrepreneurs, and business professionals. Sidney studied what’s worked successfully for her in sales over the years. She then incorporated principles from her understanding of biology, psychology, and spirituality to maintain and grow success in sales. Sidney does this without “pushing” or resulting in “manipulative” sales tactics. She had a desire to share this with entrepreneurs who have a hard time with the standard sales tactics, and want to improve their skills and enjoy the sales role.
