Max and Maria’s Wash Park engagement session was beautiful! These two met when she was taking a drawing class from him in college. They fell for each other quickly, got engaged in 3 months and will be married within a year! Their love is very soft, sweet, romantic, and endearing. We had a great time with their engagement shoot in Wash Park on the outskirts of Denver. Stay tuned for their gorgeous wedding that I also recently shot!
I was absolutely thrilled when I got an email from Katie inquiring about their wedding in Athens! I love any chance I get to travel home to Georgia, and see family and friends. But I especially love Athens – it is where I spent my college years as a bulldawg, and it’s oh so dear to my heart. 🙂 I have known Rhett for awhile, but it was my first time meeting Katie and seeing them together. I could instantly tell that they were perfect for each other. Rhett knows just what to say to make Katie laugh, or calm her down, or sweep her off her feet. Katie and Rhett planned a beautiful country rustic wedding that was held at the Hill in Athens. The ceremony took place in a lovely courtyard behind a quaint, historic home. The reception consisted of a dance floor that was always packed and full of insane dance moves! Katie and Rhett, your wedding was amazing and I wish you guys the best!

This lovely lady and I met last year at Bethel in Redding, CA. We had some mutual friends who informed us that we were both moving to Colorado around the same time and we that should be friends. They were definitely right! We have since had many lunch dates and slumber parties, and along with a few other people- we even crashed a wedding together! True story. It’s been amazing having her here, and going on this Colorado journey together.
I wanted to try out some new shooting locations in downtown Denver and had a blast photographing this gem 🙂

Sooo as most of you know, my sweet love and I got married last month! 🙂 It really was the best day ever! There were unexplainable amounts of love, insane emotions, happy tears, and amazing dance moves! I can’t wait to get the professional photos back, but in the meantime I will share some photos from our incredible honeymoon! We did the best of both worlds: beach and mountains! We started out at an all inclusive resort in Cancun, which was an absolute blast. And then we ended the last few days in the gorgeous mountains of Estes Park, Colorado. Enjoy 🙂

I have known Kristin since I was in elementary school! I moved away from that small little town in south Georgia when I was 11, but I visited every so often throughout the years. Kristin and I had some mutual friends and I would see her here and there when I would visit them. I was so excited when she wanted me to photograph her wedding because I always love the opportunity to visit my old stompin grounds 🙂 Kristin is witty and hilarious, and I can tell that Ashley is a wonderful compliment to her fabulous personality. These two had a lovely wedding with a lot of quaint, southern touches. Kristin and Ashley, I wish y’all the best!
