Oh my goodness! Kristi and Cody’s Vail elopement was nothing short of sweet, emotional, intimate, beautiful, and stunning! These two carry so much life in them and it is contagious to everyone around them. When they hired for me their Vail elopement at Shrine Pass I was ecstatic! Julia’s Deck overlooking Mount of the Holy Cross provides beautiful mountain views! And you are in the middle of the forest with huge tall trees surrounding. It is such a magical and stunning location.
Kristi and Cody blended their two sweet families together, and I’ve never seen so much love and support. There were so many happy tears! They got ready at the Ritz Carlton in Vail, so we began the day there. Kristi’s mom helped her get into her dress. While Cody was in the other room making his mom think she poked him with the boutonniere. As any good son does! Haha.
We started off their Vail elopement with an adorable first look by the garden area of the hotel. Cody’s reaction was so cute! He obviously makes Kristi laugh so much, as you will see! After some photos we ventured off for their Vail elopement at Shrine Pass. Their wedding ceremony was so intimate and beautiful. Cody promised Kristi’s kids that he would always be there for them, and asked him to take him into their family. We were all crying at this heart warming gesture. So sweet.
These two celebrated with cake and champagne and all their sweet family members. What an incredible day! Kristi and Cody, thank you so much for allowing me into your love story. Your Vail elopement was a special one that I won’t forget!

Cindia Winspear - Hi! Love your photos of Shrine Pass. My daughter and her fiancé are eloping – just the two of them – in July for a wedding in Colorado. They are delaying a previously arranged large wedding in Dallas due to the pandemic. They would like a photographer for a couple of hours (at most really) to take pictures of them at a simple service and are looking at Shrine Pass. First, are you interested in speaking to them about it. If so, what are your fees. Also, can you direct me to the website where I would see if Shrine pass Julias Deck is even available?
